Agency Business Builder – Terms & Conditions
The ticket price is £500. This includes entry to No Fluff Fest (26 January 2026) and the Agency Business Builder (25 January 2026, 1:30–5pm). It does not include accommodation.
Refunds:
The Fest ticket portion (£275) is refundable until 1 December 2025.
After 1 December, no refunds are available.
The Agency Business Builder portion (£225) is non-refundable, except if your application is not accepted.
Acceptance: A place on the Agency Business Builder is not guaranteed. You’ll need to complete an application form in the next step. If we cannot offer you a place (e.g. because of an existing agent from your country), the £225 ABB portion will be refunded and your Fest ticket remains valid.
Transfers: You may transfer your ticket(s) to a colleague. Agency Business Builder places are subject to the same acceptance criteria as above.
Confidentiality: Everything shared in the Agency Business Builder session is confidential. You agree not to share any information, ideas, or strategies outside the group. This applies both ways – between participants and No Fluff.
Intellectual property: Materials, slides, and frameworks remain the property of No Fluff and must not be copied, shared, or used outside your organisation.
Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave professionally. We reserve the right to remove anyone acting inappropriately without refund.
Liability: No Fluff is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs if you cannot attend.
Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
